Hill Farm

Hill Farm

Hill Farm is in close proximity of Birmingham and Coventry. Situated in rural Warwickshire a short driving distance from the M6 motorway.

The home is a four-bedded resource, which offers quality Bridging, Medium and Long Term residential placements to children and young people aged between 11 and 16 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Although it is preferable that young people are admitted on a planned basis, we are able, and will in some circumstances facilitate admissions on an emergency basis.

A Registered Manager, Assistant Manager, 2 Senior RSW's and 6 RSW's are employed in the home. The minimum staffing level is 3:4, but where possible we aim to provide 4 staff on duty and there is always a senior manager on-call.

Our principal aim is to provide a safe secure environment in a typical family setting; therefore, Hill Farm has no features that would identify it as a Residential Children’s Home.
