Hill Farm is situated approximately 4 miles from the town of Coleshill and within easy travelling distance from Birmingham, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, the West Midlands and Leicestershire. It has easy access to the M6, M42 and M69 motorway networks.

The resource is a 17th century listed farm house which has recently been refurbished to accommodate up to four young people of either gender. The home is ideally situated within open countryside, offering the benefits of a rural setting.

The home offers a substantial garden area allowing a variety of outdoor activities. There is a small woodland which the children can explore and panoramic views over the Warwickshire countryside.
